I just loved it. The air this morning on Dealing with depression was not just directed to the holiday season. It was everyday life situation and the keyword for me when do I let go with enabling those who are going through. It's not desertion but you must allow the person to take charge of their own challenges and be there from a far. Love love love thank you Soy and Candee.
