Great communication and organization! I've worked with dozens of hosts, and Soy and her team stand out. Their hard work shows in professionalism and kindness. Soy was patient and communicative while an illness prevented me from moving forward with a guest appearance. Her pre-show planning and communication has already set a tone of respect for my work. I'm excited for our upcoming interview. That's how the truly great hosts make you feel.
