National Lymphoma Awareness Month is commemorated each September to help raise public attention for this type of blood cancer. According to the American Cancer Society, it is estimated that there will be 65,980 new cases of Lymphoma in the United States. While other cancers have shown a decline, Lymphoma is on the rise, but with early diagnosis it is often a very treatable cancer with good prognosis.
