Geoffrey Ingram is the founder of iCreate Leadership Development Initiative, Inc. alongside his wife Nicoya Ingram. iCreate, Inc. is a community development and outreach organization that develops and empowers leaders. Geoffrey shares with Soy some of the issues in our communities and explains how iCreate addresses them.
